True to the promise value earlier specified by the host, the attendees were challenged, motivated and enlightened and all spoke with in one voice affirming that technology was the pathway to attaining efficiency in the practice of HR in their respective workplaces and implementing an efficient solution like GOS HRM was required to not only automate HR processes across board, but to reduce the attendant costs.
The feedback from delegates was fantastic and suggestions were made for the conference to be held more frequently.
